RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any returns of cosmetics for hygienic reasons. All sales are final.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the case of receiving a damaged item (not used) we can exchange it for a new one but the damaged item must be returend back to us. We will provide a return label for your convenience.
SHIPPING
We use UPS and USPS as our shipping services.
International customers will be serviced by UPS exclusively. Shipping rates are determined by a customer’s destination and additional fees may apply for destinations determined by the carrier to be in extended/rural areas.
Domestic customers will be able to choose between UPS and USPS as their preferred service to receive their orders.
Note: Customers are responsible for inputting their correct mailing address to avoid the address correction charge by the service carrier (i.e. wrong zip code, St., Ln., Ave., suite number or any important missing or misspelled information)
We are not responsible for packages/orders that have been verified to be delivered at the destination mailbox provided by the customer yet claimed to be “lost or stolen”. We provide a tracking number with every order that we process to help the customer track the transit of their package.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
At the moment we can only ship to USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, France, United Kingdom, Ecuador, Colombia & Argentina, but we are working on servicing more countries.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes or other charges. If your country charges import duties, taxes or other fees, they will be added at checkout.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, transfers from our delivery service to your local carrier in your country, natural occurrences or delays once the package has exited the United States. Most countries have import regulations and every country is different.
We encourage our customers to check on their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our products are made in the United States.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes.
None of our products are tested on animals.
ORDER PROCESSING
We do our best to process your order as soon as it is received, but due to high demand, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed prior to being shipped.
REFUNDS
Once your order is processed, no refunds are allowed.
If your order has not been processed, we will void/cancel your order to avoid any charges to your account.
